2025 is year one for our farm business. We’re excited to take this leap into small-scale farming and bring new ingredients to the Tacoma area. We offer limited CSA subscriptions, monthly backyard farm tours, and produce for local chefs. We use organic practices and, with the help of our small flock of chickens, incorporate regenerative agriculture techniques. Starting with 1,200 sq feet of growing space, we’re testing the business model and building out the infrastructure for future growing seasons.

This year, we’re growing more than 40 ingredients for our community: anise hyssop, basil, beet microgreens, borage, bay laurel, calendula, chervil, chamomile, chive and chive blossoms, chile peppers, cilantro, cornflower, dahlia, dill, fennel, fenugreek, garlic chives, garlic, garlic scapes, ginger, horseradish, lavender, lemon verbena, lemongrass lovage, marigold, marjoram, mint, nasturtium, nigella sativa, oregano, parsley, pea microgreens, purple radish microgreens, rosemary, sage, scallions, stevia, summer savory, shiso, sunflower, sunflower microgreens, tarragon, thyme, turmeric, and viola.
